ARMA Industrial Group, a leader in the production of specialized steel products throughout the world, was established in 2011 with a hot rolling plant of 4,000 tons and after that, a complementary factory with the capacity of 10,000 tons in 2014 was able to meet more market demand based on specific customer orders. One of the reasons for the superiority of our products in the market has been the customization of products based on customer needs.

Our hot rolling mills produce bars from size 25 mm to 100 mm according to DIN1013 standard. Dimensions, hardness, shape and chemical composition are adjusted according to customer demand. In addition, the chrome-plated rod factory can be used in the hydraulic industry with rods manufactured under EN 10083-1 / 2 – EN10277 with sizes of 25 mm to 100 mm and base materials 42CrMo4 and C45E, as well as 100CR6 and 70Cr2 and 1060 to produce Rods. After all applied processes, the surface roughness is less than 0.2 μm with chromium layer thickness and micro hardness of at least 20 μm and 50-60 HRC, respectively. In addition, manufacturing services for rods including smoothing, peeling, polishing, grinding and heat treatment such as normalization, quenching and annealing are performed in the factory.

The diameter of the produced steel balls (roll forging; forging; casting) is from 15 to 150 mm with a hardness of 58-62 HRC with the ability to increase from 55 to 65 HRC, normalized, quenched and tempered. Recommended chemical composition is 70Cr2 and 1060 (for forged and rolled forged steel balls) and low, medium and high chromium analysis (for cast steel balls). Our grinding balls are suitable for both dry mills and wet mills with all purposes such as iron, copper, cement, gold etc. The excellence of supply chain management, from the production of billets to hot rolling and the production of steel balls, highlights our products across the country. Process control and validation such as tolerance and temperature control tools of the production line assured us that the produced balls meet the required criteria for all mining industries.
